The Springhaven Club Green’s Department website will strive to
give you a thorough overview and tour of our facility and
operation. We aim to accomplish this by making available to you
a compilation of material, including educational pieces, newsletter
articles, hole by hole photography, and ongoing and upcoming
project reports including before, during, and after photos. We
hope to provide you with an up to date, behind the scenes look

THE SPRINGHAVEN CLUB
| Notice from the Greens Department….. Weather permitting, we will “vent” the greens with small diameter hollow tines on Tuesday May 29th. This process will be followed by sand topdressing and rolling. The purpose of this is to ensure that oxygen levels and infiltration rates remain adequate in the soil profile, both of which are essential to plant health and survival, especially during stressful environmental conditions that we normally encounter over the summer months. With the rapid growth of grass this time of year, healing time should be a matter of a few days. Although you may see evidence of holes, the impact of these holes will be negligible.
